Returns & Refunds

You can change your mind for any reason within 30 days. You also have separate rights if something arrives faulty. Both are set out below.

Trading details being confirmed

Our full trading name and address are being confirmed and will appear here shortly. In the meantime every right described on this page applies in full, and you can reach us at frankgnobleart@gmail.com.

Changing your mind

Because you are buying at a distance, you have a legal right to cancel without giving any reason. We give you 30 days, which is longer than the 14 days the law requires.

The 30 days run from the day you, or someone you name, physically receives the goods. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, they run from the day you receive the last item.

To cancel, just tell us before the 30 days are up. Email frankgnobleart@gmail.com with your order number and say you are cancelling. A clear statement is enough. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to use any particular form.

Sending it back

Once you have told us, you have 14 days to send the goods back.

You pay the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend a tracked service, because you are responsible for the items until they reach us.

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If you handle them beyond what is needed to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, and their value is reduced as a result, we may deduct that reduction from your refund. In practice: trying the gloves on is fine, training in them is not.

Your refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing us evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the payment method you used.

Your refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid to receive the order. UK delivery is free, so for UK orders this is nil. For orders outside the UK we refund the £9.99 standard rate. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate rather than the premium.

Pre-orders

Some colourways are sold on pre-order with a stated dispatch month. Your right to cancel is unaffected and is in fact wider: you may cancel at any time between placing the order and 30 days after the goods arrive.

If you cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, you get a full refund including any delivery charge, and there is nothing to send back and nothing to pay. If the dispatch date moves, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund rather than wait.

If something is faulty

This is a separate right and it is not limited to the 30 day window above.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not:

We pay return postage on faulty goods. Email frankgnobleart@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph and we will arrange it.

Nothing here reduces your legal rights

This policy sits on top of your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where anything here is more generous than the law, the more generous term applies. Where anything here would give you less than the law, the law applies.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can take it further through Citizens Advice, which runs the UK consumer helpline.

Model cancellation form

You do not have to use this. Any clear statement will do. It is here because the law requires us to make it available.
