2. Refund Eligibility

Defective Products: We stand by the quality of our products. Refunds are only available for products that are confirmed to be defective due to manufacturing errors. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund process.

Upon receipt of your claim, we will inspect the information provided and, if the defect is confirmed, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Non-refundable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in cases other than defects in the products. All sales are final unless the product is defective.

4. Customs Duty for EU Orders
Customs Duty and Taxes: Orders shipped to the European Union (EU) may be subject to customs duties and taxes at the point of receipt. These charges are determined by the local customs office and must be borne by the recipient. The Noble Art is not responsible for the payment of these additional charges.
